Last March on his eighth birthday, our oldest grandchild, Samuel was baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. His grandfather and I are so proud of Sammy for the decision he made to be baptized a member of the church. He is a sensitive child with the begins of a strong testimony of his Heavenly Father and of Jesus Christ. We love you, Sam.
Don and I gave Sammy a special Armor of God coin to help him always remember who he is and what he stands for. He is the first of our grandchildren to be baptized and we wanted him to know how important his decision to be baptized was. We also gave him a special book, "White Shirts" that tells about his dad baptizing him. Thanks for sharing your special day with us. XOXOX Grandma and Papa

Oh my. He was so sweet and grown-up on his special baptism day. Brings tears to this Mom's eyes to remember such a momentous and touching occassion.
